Patchwork Furniture
Usually Patchwork is associated with quilts and cushions and very tradition designs, but these images have really showed how patchwork can be made modern and incorporated into anything. I love the technique of patchwork, you can have a lot of fun with it.
I would really love to have any of the furniture in the images, they are all sooo beautiful and unique.
So for my textiles exam i chose a colour question much to the disgust of one of my textiles teachers, who hates colour. I’m looking at layered pieces like bits of bark and peeled wallpaper initially and see where it goes from their.
